This release is a carnauba blend wax that will accept higher temperatures. Tr104 yields unsurpassed releases. In it's raw form it is one of the hardest waxes available. Excellent chemical and heat properties, gloss and polish ability. Dries to a haze in 5-10 minutes at room temperature prior to polishing. Excellent ease of wipe for extended time. Packaged in a 14oz can. -
Amazing Casting Resin is an extremely easy to use casting resin that hardens in less than 10 minutes. Very thin consistancy and a 3 minute open time allows you to pour perfect parts everytime. (16 oz. size available under Starter Kits.) -
Amazing Clear Cast can be used as a casting resin or as a clear coat. It's low viscosity and 1:1 mix ratio by volume makes it extremely easy to use. Bubble free castings can be achieved by slowly mixing and pouring the resin. Amazing Clear Cast is compliant with FDA 21 CFR 175.300. -
Alumilite Clear is Alumilite's most optically/crystal clear resin that is easy to use and great for a wide variety of clear casting applications. Its low viscosity and 1:1 mix ratio by weight makes it extremely easy to use. Vacuum or pressure is recommended to achieve 100% bubble free castings but minimal bubbles can be achieved by slowly mixing and pouring the resin. It offers superior polishability than other clear resins and able to achieve maximum shine in your finished parts. -
Alumilite Water Clear produces a high impact rigid clear casting that is commonly used for lenses, encapsulations, and water reproductions. Vacuum or pressure is recommended to achieve 100% bubble free castings. -

410 Microlight is the ideal low-density filler for creating a light, easily-worked fairing compound especially suited for fairing large areas. Microlight mixes with greater ease than 407 Low-Density filler or microballoons and is approximately 30% easier to sand. It feathers to a fine edge and is also more economical for large fairing jobs. Not recommended under dark paint or other surfaces subject to high temperatures. Cures to a tan color. -
Alumilite’s Flexible Foam 5-8lb Density is an easy to use, versatile, high tear strength, 2 part expandable flexible foam. It’s ideal for making soft foam pieces and also is great for prototyping or casting cushions, vibration dampeners, or flexible nests/fixtures. Simply mix equal two components together according to mix ratio and then pour. The 2 parts will chemically react and begin to expand before curing into a beautiful 3-8 lb density flexible foam. Alumilite’s Flexible Foam 5-8 lb Density is able to produce a high quality skin against your mold surface. It also gives you the ability to “pack” the foam to increase the density of the cured foam. -
