Partall® Film #10 is a water/alcohol-based polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) mold release agent that forms a barrier between parts and mold surfaces that are still curing (green or recently reconditioned molds can be reactive). Partall® Film #10, the original green parting film, is resistant to solvents and styrene yet is water soluble. Protects against mold hang ups with polyester and vinylester resins; also used with epoxy and urethane resins. PVA is most commonly applied over mold release wax although some users find success by adding wax over the PVA film (giving a second part cycle before replacing PVA.) Partall® Film #10 can also be used as a surface cure agent during gel coat repairs (locks out moisture in the air that inhibits resin cure). Now improved for easier lay out, Partall® Film #10 allows application by brush, roller, sponge or cloth as well as excellent spray characteristics. -
An aerosol release agent that has two purposes. It can be used as a release when making silicone rubber molds as well as it can be used for spraying into molds where a more easily removed release agent is needed for painting or finishing cast parts. Pol-Ease 2500 should be brushed out with a soft brush for improved results. 13 Oz can. -
A multi-purpose silicone release agent made of a blend of silicone oils and resins in a convenient aerosol spray can. Pol-Ease 2300 is an effective release for most Polytek products but should not be used before pouring or brushing liquid silicone mold rubber - in this case Pol-Ease 2500 is the proper choice. Brushing out the release with a soft brush can improve results. -

What is Polycaprolactone? Perhaps you have heard of it from various American companies such as InstaMorph, Shapelock, Missing link, Friendly plastic, Hand Moldable Plastic, Mold-Your-Own Grips Polymorph, or Plastimake. It is a non-toxic, biodegradable and lightweight polyester thermoplastic that becomes moldable at a relatively low temperature (60C / 140F) and solidifies at room temperature. These properties make it ideal for use for all projects and skill levels. -
Plat 40 is a platinum based 1:1 mix ratio (by weight or volume) silicone mold making rubber that when cured yields a flexible, medium hardness 40A rubber. Plat 40 is complies to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and can be used for a multitude of culinary food applications utilizing one and two piece molds.
