IPS's Weld-On #1707 is an ABS only solvent cement with a medium syrup consistency. It is a fast set cement and dries milky translucent. 80% of the ultimate bond strength is reached after about 24 hours. -
A general purpose polyester (fiberglass) resin. Our resins are purchased direct from major reputable suppliers and are consistent in quality and performance. Waxed resin has wax added to it which rises to the top during curing, seals off the air and leaves the cured surface smooth and hard. Requires 1-2% (or about 5-10 drops per oz) MEKP catalyst.
