H.D.P.E. High Density Polyethylene
Has a tensile and compressive strength that is 3 times higher than LDPE and is FDA approved for direct food contact.. It is used for Corrosion resistant wall covering, radiation protection, prosthetics and food cutting boards, sliding boards for aspiring hockey stars. It is abrasion and corrosion resistant with good energy absorption . It will not glue. It can be machined, vacuum or thermal formed.
Our stock is usually white .125″ to 1″ 4 x 8 sheets. Thicker by special order. Black, yellow, red and blue as well can be special order but may be subject to minimums.
