Acetal is an engineering thermoplastic used in precision parts requiring high stiffness, low friction and excellent dimensional stability. As with many other synthetic polymers, it is produced by different chemical firms with slightly different formulas and sold variously by such names as Delrin, Acetron, Celcon, Duracon and Hostaform.
We typically stock sheet from 1/8 to 1 inch in both natural/white or black and sell those by the sheet or square foot
Thicker or thinner sheet can be special ordered.
