Description

Alumi-UV is a single component, semi-flexible, extremely durable, clear doming and coating resin. Once cured with UV light (365nm), it produces a high gloss coating on paper, plastic, wood, metal, and more. Alumi-UV has a medium viscosity which is great for covering items and applying even coating to unsymmetrical shaped items. Multiple coats can be applied to build coating thickness. This one part system is shelf stable when stored between 55 and 80 degrees F. See information below for light curing specifications (365nm) and options. Cure times vary based on light source.

Larger kits by special order. Email sales@plasticworld.ca for more info

Notes on UV Light Sources: Below you will find links to lights that have been used to cure Alumi-UV. While the 365nm wavelength is most effective, other UV lights in the UV-A spectrum may work and will need to be tested on an individual basis.
